From 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, Disneyland Paris celebrates Christmas across both its parks with Disney's Enchanted Christmas. This season's big novelty takes place at Disney Adventure World (formerly the Walt Disney Studios park): The World of Frozen celebrates Christmas for the first time ever, with a choir in Arendelle and a meet-and-greet with Kristoff.
Arendelle celebrates its first Christmas at Disney Adventure World
The kingdom of Arendelle has never seen the festive season before. This winter, the village is dressed in decorations inspired by Nordic craftsmanship, with a Christmas tree planted at its entrance. Three highlights shape the visit: the Arendelle Christmas Choir, a celebration on Arendelle Bay where Anna and Elsa appear in new winter outfits, and meet-and-greets with Oaken, Mossie and Kristoff, who makes his debut in this land.
These shows take place almost entirely outdoors, by the water. If you're travelling with young children, pack warm clothing and walking shoes, and alternate with indoor breaks. The daily schedule is available in the park's mobile app.
A 24-metre Christmas tree and a parade: what to expect at Disneyland Park
The historic park keeps its classics, the ones children ask for every year. A 24-metre Christmas tree stands in Town Square and lights up several times a day to music, while artificial snow falls regularly over Main Street, U.S.A. Mickey's Sparkling Christmas Parade runs twice a day until 6 January 2027: timings shift depending on the calendar and crowd levels, so check them on the day itself rather than the night before.
As for character meet-and-greets, according to sortiraparis.com, Santa Claus welcomes children at the Disney Clothiers shop on Main Street, U.S.A., while Minnie and Mother Christmas meet guests at the Castle Theatre, both from 14 November 2026. The same outlet reports that on 31 December 2026, fireworks will light up Sleeping Beauty Castle and a drone show will take place over The World of Frozen, weather permitting.
A day at Disneyland Paris at Christmas: a gift worth putting on your list
Two parks, outdoor shows and shifting schedules: this is not a programme to rush through. A one-day, one-park ticket forces you to choose between Arendelle and Main Street, U.S.A.; two days leave room for the shows, the queues and warm breaks in between. That's also what pushes up the price, and what makes this outing easier to justify as a gift than as a last-minute expense. On pricing and booking windows, we explained why booking your Disneyland Paris Christmas ticket several weeks ahead changes the bill.
A day at the park often costs as much as several presents under the tree. Grandparents, godparents and family friends should know this before buying separately: by adding the day trip or stay to a shared family Christmas list, everyone can see what's already booked and chip in for the same gift. You can create your free Christmas list in just a few minutes and mix objects with experiences.
That leaves the budget. Set aside the cost of the outing before buying the rest of the gifts, then spread out what's left using our method for spreading out your Christmas spending. And once the gift is decided, pick your visit date straight away: the season ends on 6 January 2027.
